Palestinian protesters use slingshots to hurl stones towards Israeli security forces during clashes following a demonstration in the West Bank town of Bethlehem on April 21, 2017, in solidarity with Palestinians imprisoned in Israeli jails after hundreds of detainees launched a hunger strike earlier on April 17.
